The main topics for this conference were:

  3. Assessment of ISP peering and backbone relationships for optimal (lease cost) traffic flow and management

  5. ISP models for public sectors (schools, libraries) internet service under Universal Service Obligations
  6. Merging internet domain name and number administration in the IP world of the future
